One large zucchini contains roughly 55 calories, almost 4g of protein, 1g of fat, 10g of carbohydrates, 3.2g of fiber and 8g of sugar.

In addition to the macros it provides, zucchini also provides many essential minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium.

Zucchini also contains vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, and folic acid, as well as many antioxidants.
