How to Grow Zucchini
Zucchini, a type of squash, is incredibly easy to grow and if you’re looking to supplement your grocery budget, zucchini is the way to go! One plant can produce between three and nine pounds of food.
While they need some space, they can easily be grown in containers.

I love zucchini, because it grows well, provides a TON of food, and is incredibly versatile.
One large zucchini contains roughly 55 calories, almost 4g of protein, 1g of fat, 10g of carbohydrates, 3.2g of fiber and 8g of sugar.
In addition to the macros it provides, zucchini also provides many essential minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium.
Zucchini also contains vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, and folic acid, as well as many antioxidants.
