  1. Fill your sterilized jars with cooked turkey meat, leaving 1-1/4 inch headspace.
  2. Pour hot water or broth over the meat until the jar is nearly full (1-1/4 inch headspace).
  3. Apply the lids and process according to size: 65 minutes for pints, 75 minutes for quarts.
