How to Make Apple Cider Vinegar From Scratch
  • 1lb applescores, seeds, skins included
  • 1gallon waterbottled or well water
  1. Roughly chop your apples, seeds, skin and all, into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Place in a food grade container and cover with water.
  3. Cover the container with a cloth, or cheesecloth, or something that will let gases escape.
  4. Gently stir once a day for a week.
  5. Leave for at least 4 weeks, checking it once a week until it’s to your liking.
